The rent required would be £450 which covers the share of the rent and ALL bills inc council tax, gas and electric.

The house is close to all major transport links, 245, 255, 23, 22 and X50 bus services to Manchester, stockport etc. Train station to Liverpool, Warrington and Manchester City Centre less than 10 minutes walk, the M60, Trafford Centre and right in the centre of Urmston as well as close to all the major hospitals including Trafford General and Salford Royal. Flixton and Urmston Cricket and Football clubs are nearby.

There are three local pubs, bars, restaurants, green spaces and sports facilities nearby. Fantastic well desired location off church road(urmston end)

The available room has a double bed, wardrobe with mirror and double set of draws and is quiet and private. Large window overlooking the garden and a radiator. Bath and shower facilities available and use of kitchen, eating area and living room.

Very into travel, music and film and like to spend time with friends and family.
Work in the city centre for a travel company. Like to chill midweek and see friends/family at weekend. Its a relaxed house and my neighbours are good friends.

I would like a happy relaxed person to move in who enjoys the company of others and is honest and chilled out. Must be clean and tidy as I will hate to have to be clearing up after someone.
If you are anti social/uptight and slobby we won’t get on. You will have use of kitchen, living room, wifi and bathroom. Garden is also available.

  • Overpayment Scam

    This scam entails the tenant sending their deposit to the landlord by cheque, but for a greater amount than what they are supposed to and asking for a refund. The landlord pays in the cheque and then sends the difference back to the tenant, only to find that the cheque bounces (is fake) and they cannot get the money back they returned. Cheques can bounce a number of weeks after being deposited, it is recommended you wait 30 days or check with your bank to ensure the cheque is fully cleared.

  • Choose house or flatmates carefully

    This scam involves a lodger or housemate moving in and appearing to be completely legitimate when in reality they are being opportunistic and looking to steal identification such as passports, credit cards, bank details and driving licenses, then promptly leaving.
