Ideal for commuters. 3 miles from Leeds City Centre and 1.5 miles to Morley. Cul de sac location. Very private/quiet. Only 3 minute walk to the train station (6 min to Leeds on the train which run every 30 min). 8 min walk to the bus stop (time to Leeds is 20 min, buses run every 10 min). M621 is 5 minute drive. M62 is 10 min drive. Morley accessed by bus (15 min) train (4 min) or walk. Morley boasts an Asda, Morrisons, main post office and various other shops.  From the house is a 10 minute walk to Tesco Express. White Rose Shopping Centre is a 5 minute drive, 15 minute walk, 10 minute bus where you can shop until you drop and has a Sainsburys Superstore. Elland Road Stadium is a 5 minute drive or the bus stops right outside the stadium. Very large public open space with bridge and stream to which I contribute a service charge to every month to be maintained and is nice for a pic-nic in Summer and has a pathway to the train station.

Beautiful and immaculate accommodation. All tastefully decorated. I have a very friendly cat, she is adorable and fully house trained. I’m very laid back, friendly, sociable and easy to get on with and I respect privacy when required. I would accommodate your guests/family visiting. The house is large enough for you to enjoy your privacy when you want it. I want you to feel this is your home. I am not running a business.... this is my home that I’m inviting you to share. All bills included (subject to respectful & fair usage). I am a professional female and I live here with a male professional lodger now who occupies the ground floor bedroom. I am looking for 1 more person (male or female) to occupy the 2nd floor bedroom (next door to the bathroom which no one uses or very occasionally if a bath required). You would have use of all facilities on offer. Rent is to be paid monthly in advance on the day you move in please and a bond of £200 is required. Min. Stay 3 months. Max. Stay to be discussed. Smokers welcome but outside only (there is shelter).

    This scam entails the tenant sending their deposit to the landlord by cheque, but for a greater amount than what they are supposed to and asking for a refund. The landlord pays in the cheque and then sends the difference back to the tenant, only to find that the cheque bounces (is fake) and they cannot get the money back they returned. Cheques can bounce a number of weeks after being deposited, it is recommended you wait 30 days or check with your bank to ensure the cheque is fully cleared.

  • Choose house or flatmates carefully

    This scam involves a lodger or housemate moving in and appearing to be completely legitimate when in reality they are being opportunistic and looking to steal identification such as passports, credit cards, bank details and driving licenses, then promptly leaving.
