We have large double room in a fantastic house in the quiet area of Abbey Wood (Zone 4), 27 minutes to London Bridge & 34 min to Cannon Street. The room is fully furnished and can be accommodated to your wishes and needs. Viewings and the chat with your new flatmates are essential. :) Please note the room is available from the 4th of January 2019, if requested possibly 2-3 days earlier.

Clean, tidy and spacious 3 bedroom flat spread over 2 floors, with a living room, front yard and very large back yard. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances (NutriBullet & slow press juicer as well), 2 fridges and a dining area. Very quiet & green surroundings, large Sainsbury’s just 5 min walk. Superfast fibre internet connection (unlimited 200 mbps) from Virgin Media is here too. Two large TVs at home with gaming console.

About Us
Mario & Matt - two organised, clean and always super happy professionals in their 30s. Mario is a Manager in one of the London casinos and Matt is an AGM at one of the most popular clubs in Covent Garden so our shifts are mostly late evenings/nights. We love life and we live it to the fullest, you will never be bored with us or in this house, trust us. :) You'll find the rest about us during the chat. :)

- Woolwich Arsenal station - 6.5km (5 min by train from the house)

  • !!! Never Send Money Before Viewing a Room / Property

    Fraudsters will try to encourage you to send money before viewing a property. They may ask you to put a deposit down to hold the room, or sometimes even to allow a viewing. A legitimate landlord will never ask for any money upfront before seeing a room. Fraudsters can be very persuasive, please don't let your emotions take over.   • Premium Rate Telephone Numbers

  • Overpayment Scam

    This scam entails the tenant sending their deposit to the landlord by cheque, but for a greater amount than what they are supposed to and asking for a refund. The landlord pays in the cheque and then sends the difference back to the tenant, only to find that the cheque bounces (is fake) and they cannot get the money back they returned. Cheques can bounce a number of weeks after being deposited, it is recommended you wait 30 days or check with your bank to ensure the cheque is fully cleared.

  • Choose house or flatmates carefully

    This scam involves a lodger or housemate moving in and appearing to be completely legitimate when in reality they are being opportunistic and looking to steal identification such as passports, credit cards, bank details and driving licenses, then promptly leaving.
